According to them my mailbox was broken into, no visible damage to mine or anything. Because they couldn’t get their stuff figured out sooner, I didn’t have any of my bills delivered on time and one of my utilities were shut off. I have no vehicle to get to the post office to pick up mail so expecting someone to take a cab or walk just to make sure their bills are paid is quite ableist coming from a government entity. Wish I could move just to stop dealing with their crap.

I am filling this out in along with many other attempts to get some help and our main delivered properly, hopefully someone will read it and help:I own a commercial building in the City of Victorville, California. My tenants have not been able to get their mail delivered to the correct box, many times they have their mail returned as No Such Address, when the address on the letter is correct.I have been speaking to the local post office for the past 2 years about getting my tenant's mail delivered, not getting it returned without cause and when delivered having it delivered to the correct box. I know about the Red Book and have continually provided them with updated info for it. I have gone to the City building department to confirm they have the correct suite numbers all registered. Every box has the Yellow card for new tenants filled out and placed in the box properly. I have lost several tenants just because of not being able to get their mail delivered. I have personally gone into the PO and spoken to (4 different) supervisors, I have emailed them and written letters (the PostMaster has yet to reply once). Do not know what to do to get the mail delivered properly. I have lost more than $10k in rent a year because of this. Please forward this to someone who can help.I just want the mail delivered, and to the correct boxes and each tenant only has a key to their box and if they have mail placed in another box that wouldn’t know it is there and could not access it if they knew.

In my experience of going to the pass port services, on the day of July 3 of 2020. I had came in for a 11:00 am appointment, for passport services. I waited 45 minutes past my original appointment and the person who had to take care of me was Tyrone. In my 15 years of living in the US I had never felt such racism towards me. I came in and I was the next one to be taken care of but for some reason he decided to skip me, knowing I was the next and only one there. He did not give help us in any way until Luis came in and helped us. He was very nice. People like Tyrone should not work there because they will not help or respect or treat anyone the same way. I’ve had already two very bad experiences with Tyrone and this was no exception.

I have a few things that say "delivered to agent"Meaning, post office. Delivered 10 days ago.Post office clerk said..."only mail is a priority". "Packages are put in separate boxes, come back in a few days" Why is it taking 1 to 6 months to fix the mailboxes?

I came in today December 20,2019 to get my mail from my P.O. Box, I grabbed the wrong key at home and when figured it out I was in the lobby, I went to the person at the front desk and explained what I had done, She said there was nothing she could do! She said are you the primary on the account? I said my wife opened it up. She took my name went somewhere and returned and said No your wife is the primary. So I can’t get a key made either ! I told her I’m on the account my business is on the account! She said there was NOTHING SHE COULD Do! I told her there has to be another avenue. She obnoxiously said to me Have a nice day! Like I’m done now move on! I drive 30 min just to get my mail, my wife is out of town so that’s why I went to get it, I usually don’t. I read online of a form 1093 I could fill out it specifically said spouses could be on the account. Why didn’t this employee help me with this?? I’m very disappointed. Thank you

Please the mail box located on Amethyst and Bear Valley Road has a sticky substance inside the drop box on the door and in the back before the drop area. Someone has obviously placed glue or something sticky in an attempt to catch the mail being deposited.I think we need a new box. I mailed my DMV renewal for tags and a bill to my dentist over Labor day weekend and probably it is stuck inside on the walls or something. I ended up paying a late fee as they did not receive my original DMV registration. I am surprised no one has addressed this or the mail person has not recognized this to be a problem! Please fix this. Thanks

Speeding Driver in a Medical parking lot ,I was walking behind the cars due to no ramp and as he pulled in speeding he also sped to the 1st business mailboxes. Unsafe, could of hit me or a kid since it's by a Doctors office that mothers bring in their kids. After taking several photos I asked him of he felt it was right to be speeding in the driveway/ parking lot almost hitting me. He just said..."I didnt hit or almost hit anyone " I told him "Me!"He was rude & none caring...only cared about being fast. I told him I know you guys are on a time limit & each stop is timed but that doesn't give him the right to Speed making it u safe. He violated the pulling in driveway speed & safety, violated the parking lot speed limit, was unaware of his surroundings making him a LIABILITY because he just look or care.... SUPERVISOR or POST MASTER PLEASE RESPOND

I have lived in many places throughout my lifetime. I have never had such issues, as I do now with the Victorville post office. Between neighbors being kind enough to bring me my mail, and Amazon orders being lost (yet claim to be delivered), I truly wonder how such inconsistencies keep these people employed. I have gone and talked with management, and I get the apology, and training of people taking routes, so others can take vacations. I do understand vacations. But is it truly that difficult to teach someone how to deliver mail to the correct address? One would think it is not difficult, but apparently it must be rocket science.Once again recently, someone in my neighborhood has received a very nice Amazon order. The sad thing, according to the USPS site, my Item was delivered.... So a refund is not valid, because it is simply trusted that the Victorville post office has competent employees.
